Dr. Rajasekhar P., FIE, a distinguished civil engineer and academician, has over 43 years of professional experience in engineering design, construction, and project management. Graduated in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum, Post graduation and PhD from Cochin University of Science and Technology, he has served in key positions, including Chief Engineer at FACT-FEDO, Senior Development Engineer at Qatar Petroleum, and General Manager (Technical) at INKEL. His notable projects include designing industrial infrastructure like LNG terminals, fertilizer plants, and facilities for Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, as well as managing the construction of Cochin International Airport& s Terminal 3. Dr. Rajasekhar has also been a part-time faculty at CUSAT, guiding students and contributing to research on traditional Indian architecture, astronomy, and mathematics. He is recognized for his work on Yukthi Bhasha, the first calculus text, and has published extensively on the Kerala School of Mathematics. A passionate promoter of Kathakali literature, he has authored acclaimed Aattakkathas and choreographed poetic works. A Fellow of the Institution of Engineers and Chartered Engineer, Dr. Rajasekhar’s career blends technical expertise with cultural and academic excellence.

NAME : Dr. Anil Joseph

Dr. Anil Joseph is the Managing Director of Geostructurals (P) Ltd., a leading foundation andstructural consultancy firm based in Cochin, and has over 30 years of experience providingfoundation and structural consultancy for more than 3000 high-rise structures, including landmark multistoried and infrastructure projects in India and abroad. His notable projects, including the Nippon Toyota showroom at Kalamassery, Platynum Mall at Maradu, Lulu Grand Hyatt Hotel Convention Centre at Bolgatty Island, Kochi, and Hyatt Regency inTrichur, have won the ICI-UltraTech Award for Outstanding Concrete Structures of Kerala in
2012, 2017, 2018, and 2020 respectively. Dr. Joseph is also the Managing Director of CECONS (P) Ltd., a firm specializing in pile foundation execution, and the Director of Engineers Diagnostic Centre (P) Ltd., which focuses on geotechnical investigation and retrofitting works. He currently serves as the President of the Indian Geotechnical Society, National Council Member of the Institution of Engineers India in Civil Division (2021–2025), Chairman of IEI Civil Division Board (2024), and Governing Council Member of the Indian Association of Structural Engineers. He is also the Chairman of the Indian Concrete Institute, Kochi Center, Vice Chairman of the Builders Association of India, Cochin Chapter, and represents India on the International Technical Committee TC-220 on & Field Monitoring in Geomechanics  and the Asian Technical Committee AsRTC-14 on Smart Observation Methods. Dr. Joseph has held several leadership positions, including Immediate Past President of the Association of Structural and Geotechnical Consultants, Kerala, State President of the Graduate Association of Civil Engineers, and President of the Association of Piling Specialists, Kerala. He has played pivotal roles in notable projects, such as serving as the Geotechnical and Structural expert in the Supreme Court-directed demolition of five high- rises in Maradu, Cochin, in 2019, and the Supertech Twin Tower demolition in Noida in 2022.
