NSS AISAT farewell and orientation program: Volunteers of NSS AISAT Cell organised a valedictory function for the 2020-22 NSS Batch on 24-06-2022 to honour the senior volunteers for the completion of two years of volunteering.
Drug abuse awareness: NSS AISAT Cell organised an orientation session regarding the major challenge that illicit drugs represent to society as a whole, and especially to the young via google meet on 29-06- 2022.
Blood donation camp 2: NSS technical unit cell of Albertian Institute of Science and Technology, Kalamassery conducted a blood donation camp on 19th of July 2022 in association with Ernakulam General Hospital Blood bank, and HDFC Bank.
Clean tech challenge: The NSS unit of AISAT organized the Clean Energy Challenge statewide awareness rally.
Independence Day celebration: NSS Unit Cell of AISAT organized the 75 th Independence Day celebrations from 13-08-2022 to 15-08-2022 as part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’.

Onam kit distribution: Volunteers of NSS AISAT Cell distributed 15 Onam kits to the cleaning and security staffs of AISAT on 02-09-2022.
Nature camp: NSS AISAT in association with Department of Forests and Wildlife,
Government of Kerala organized a 3-day nature camp to Thattekad Bird Sanctuary from 04- 09-2022 to 06-09-2022

World first aid day, Engineers Day and world Alzheimer’s day: NSS Volunteers of AISAT Unit Cell observed World First Aid Day on 14th September 2022. This day is observed to increase public awareness of how first aid can save lives.
Rose day, international sign language day, world tourism day: NSS Volunteers of AISAT Unit Cell observed Rose Day on September 22, 2022.
Gandhi Jayanthi clean India program: On October 2nd, NSS student volunteers of AISAT started cleaning in Kadamakkudi as part of Gandhi Jayanti.
World teachers’ day celebration: NSS Volunteers of AISAT Unit Cell observed World Teachers Day on October 5, 2022.
Indian Airforce day, world post office day, world mental health day, pregnancy and
infant loss awareness day: NSS Volunteers of AISAT Unit Cell observed Indian Air Force Day on october 15 2022, world post office day on october 9 2022, world mental health day on 10th October 2022 and Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day on 15th October
2022.

Suchitwa mission and orientation session on Rudhirasena: Suchitwa mission organized a cleaning program.
Blood donation camp: National Service Scheme (NSS) unit 506 & 301 of Albertian Institute of Science and Technology, Kalamassery conducted a blood donation camp on 30th of November 2022 in association with Ernakulam General Hospital Blood bank, and HDFC Bank.
A seminar on sustainable menstruation: AISAT NSS unit 506 and 301 organized an hour to
make students more knowledgeable about menstruation on 25th November 2022.
National legal service day, world radio graphic day: NSS Volunteers of AISAT Unit Cell observed National Legal Service Day on November 9th 2022 and World Radiographic day on November 8th 2022.

World AIDS day, National pollution control day, World Day of the handicapped, Indian
Navy Day: NSS Volunteers of AISAT has observed World AIDS day on 1 December,
National Pollution Control Day on December 2, World Day of the Handicapped, Indian Navy Day on 4th December.
Human Rights Day, UNICEF day, Vijay diwas: NSS Volunteers of AISAT observed Human Rights Day on 10 December, UNICEF Day on December 11 and Vijay Diwas on 16th December to honour the victory of the Indian armed forces.
KANIV-“Vayar eriyunnavarde Mizhinirayaathirikan”: AISAT NSS Unit 506 & 301 organized a potichor distribution called Kaniv near Ernakulam Medical College on 20th December 2022 with the concept of “To prevent hunger pangs”.
Abhaya – old age home visit: AISAT NSS Unit 506 & 301 has conducted an old age home Visit at Abaya Old age home Kalamassery on 29th December 2022.
Republic day celebration: NSS Unit Cell of AISAT organized the 74th Republic Day celebrations on 26-01-2023 as part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’

Orientation session on National Resource Protection Force (NRPF): For enabling our students to be environmentally sensitive, NSS volunteers of AISAT attended the APJAKTU NSS cells flagship orientation program of NRPF (National Resource Protection Force) on
18th February, 2023.
NATPAC survey: NSS Units 506 and 301 of Albertian Institute of Science and Technology conducted the NATPAC Survey in Kalamassery on 5 March, 2023.
NSS special camp: Churuli 2.0 NSS special camp was held at St. Francis U P School, Pizhala from 16th March to 19th March 2023.
Blood donation camp : AISAT NSS Unit 301 & 506 in association with Amritha Hospital Blood Bank, Ernakulam and HDFC Bank organised a Blood Donation Camp on 22nd March, 2023 in the college campus.

NSS special camp – Romancham: NSS Special Camp titled “Romancham” was organized from 15th to 21st May, 2023 at Govt. VHSS, Kalamassery. On fourth day cleaning and maintenance works at PHC Kalamassery and Govt. VHSS Kalamassery were conducted.
World No-Tobacco day: Volunteers of AISAT NSS Units 506 and 301 participated in the rally to create awareness against tobacco usage on 31st May, 2023 .

Academic Year: 2021-22

• Amid the pandemic situation, NSS Volunteers of AISAT gathered online using Google Meet platform in accordance with World No Tobacco Day on 31st may 2021. Awareness about the dreadful toxin-tobacco products was spread among the volunteers. Posters demonstrating
  the same were framed and circulated to all possible extents.
• NSS unit of AISAT organised the activity Instagreen Challenge” for all the NSS Volunteers, faculties students in and out the college as part of Environment Day on 5th June 2021.
• In celebration and support to the life and livelihood that the ocean sustains, Volunteers of NSS AISAT Unit cell observed UN Ocean Day on 8th June 2021.
• Promoting the awareness of the need for blood donation as a lifesaving gift NSS Unit of AISAT observed World Blood Donor Day on 14th June 2021.
• NSS AISAT Unit cell in collaboration with Kerala IT Mission organised a five day online internship program on Open Street Mapping on 16th June 2021.
• Volunteers of NSS AISAT Unit cell observed International Yoga Day on 21st June 2021 to spread awareness about the importance and effects of yoga on the health of the people.
• In accordance with International Plastic Bag Free Day, an initiative for the purpose of getting rid of the single-use plastic bags around the world, on 3rd July 2021, awareness was spread heightening the pressing issues brought by them. Volunteers made bags using paper instead of plastics which can create a simple resolution from one’s part. Through this initiative volunteers took the first part towards a plastic free world.
• World Breastfeeding Week was celebrated on 1st August 2021 till 7th August 2021 by volunteers of AISAT NSS UNIT to encourage breastfeeding and improve the health of babies around the world.
• NSS AISAT UNIT celebrated 75th Independence Day on 15th August 2021, with the pride to mark our nations freedom from British Rule.
• In connection with the Freedom Run, AISAT NSS Unit in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) conducted a marathon on 30th August 2021.
• Volunteers took joy in participating in the FIT India Mission to commemorate the 75th Independence Day – Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
• Volunteers of AISAT NSS UNIT celebrated National Nutrition Week, from 1st September 2021 to 7th September 2021, to raise awareness about nutritional and adaptive eating habits.
• On 21st September 2021, volunteers of NSS AISAT unit cell observed World Alzheimer’s Day to raise awareness about Alzheimers to raise awareness about Alzheimers.
• In the remembrance of NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME inauguration in 1969 during Mahatma Gandhis Centenary Day, September 24th 2021 celebrated as the NSS Day was observed by volunteers of AISAT NSS unit.
• Volunteers from the NSS AISAT cell observed International Non-Violence Day on Gandhi Jayanthi, 2nd October 2021.
• NSS technical unit cell of Albertian Institute of Science and Technology, Kalamssery conducted a blood donation camp on 7th of October 2021 in association with I.M.A Blood bank, Ernakulam and HDFC Bank.
• NSS AISAT Cell observed International Day of Girl Child on 11th October 2021 to celebrate the importance, power, and potential of girls around the world, and focus attention on the particular problems they face.
• Volunteers of NSS AISAT Cell observed Constitution Day to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India on 26th November 2021.
• Volunteers of NSS AISAT Unit celebrated World AIDS Day on 1st December 2021, as an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people affected by it.
• Volunteers of AISAT NSS Cell celebrated National Youth Day on 12th January 2022 to highlight the youths who are the future of our country and to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda who always motivated the youth of the country and spoke about the right use of the youth in the development of the country.
• AISAT NSS UNIT 506 & 301 proudly celebrated 73rd Republic Day of our Nation on 26th January 2022.
• NSS Aisat unit cell conducted Blood donation orientation class on 30th January 2022.
• Volunteers of NSS AISAT Cell distributed 15 Onam kits to the cleaning and security staffs of AISAT on 02-09-2022
• NSS AISAT in association with Department of Forests and Wildlife, Government of Kerala organized a 3 day nature camp to Thattekad Bird Sanctuary from 04-09-2022 to 06-09-2022. 33 NSS volunteers and 2 teachers accompanied the camp. The camp was led by Thattekkad Forest officers Mr. Sivadas, Mr. Iype and Mr. Suneesh Mapping on 16th June 2021.
