Speed Test

Faculty assigns questions which is expected to be done within a prescribed time limit. This helps to create an awareness among students on the necessity to improve their speed to answer the given question.

Flipped Classroom

Faculty provides learning materials to the students or uploads lecture videos via online platforms that encourages the students to complete readings at home and work on live problem-solving during class time.This helps students to learn at their own pace.

Seminar

Some of the topics in a course are also given as seminar to the students where the faculty assigns a topic and which they prepare and present in class. It allows students to discuss the topics in depth with other students and the faculty members. Faculty provides feedback to students for self-assessment and improvement.

Virtual Lab

Accessing web based virtual laboratory helps the students to visualize and experiment with abstract concepts of theory. It also contains theory supporting the experiment to aid teaching-learning process.

Group Discussion

NPTEL Video Lecture

NPTEL Video Lectures are made available to the students. It facilitates the students to listen videos repeatedly as and when required to clear the doubts if any by themselves.

Idea Pitching Assignment

Create and present a pitch for a technical project or innovation, highlighting its feasibility, impact, and technical aspects. This assignment will test student's ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Mind Mapping

Faculty presents ideas and concepts graphically. It is a visual thinking tool that helps in structuring information. It helps students remember what they are being taught and help them increase their critical thinking and memory skills.

Think Pair Share

Involves collaborative learning strategy where students work together to solve a problem or answer a question about a topic. This strategy requires students to think individually and then in small groups about the topic and share ideas with classmates.
