12th June 2025 is observed as World Day Against Child Labour. The International Labour Organization (ILO) launched the World Day Against Child Labour in 2002 to focus attention on the global extent of child labour 🌍 and the actions and efforts needed to eliminate it ❌. The day is used to spread awareness 📢 about the harmful mental 🧠 and physical 💔 problems faced by children forced into child labour worldwide . Strengthening social protection programs 🛡, Promoting education 📚, and Creating decent work opportunities for adults 👨👩👧👦💼 can help reduce the economic pressures that drive child labour
