AISAT IEDC was selected as the best performing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC) in the zonal region. AISAT IEDC ,Nodal officer Tiju Baby received Certificate of Excellence and an amount of Rupees One Lakh from Dr.Kunjaria P Isaac, during Nodal Officers Meet, Kerala Technology Innovation Zone, Kalamassery.

AISAT IEDC has been instrumental in promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship skills among students in campus through various activities and camps throughout the year. Akhil Antu (S8 ECE) won first prize in “AUTOMATRIX project competition conducted by IEDC THEJUS Engineering College,Thrissur on 29 th March 2017 which is the latest laurel to the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell.
