Computer Society of India (CSI) which is the largest professional society in India started a new Student Branch at Albertian Institute of Science and Technology (AISAT). It was inaugurated by Ms. Mini Ulanat, the National Student Co-ordinator of CSI. In the inaugural address, Ms. Mini explained the role of professional societies in moulding up excellent professionals. She also pointed out the importance of associating with a professional network. Ms. Deepthi K Denatious (HOD, CSE Department, AISAT) welcomed the gathering which was presided over by Prof. Dr. K.E George (Principal, AISAT). The occasion was graced by the presence of Rev. Dr. Clement Valluvassery (Manager, AISAT), Prof. Dr. Babu T Jose (Director, AISAT) and Fr. Alex Kurisuparambil (Associate Manager, AISAT).
