Selection of IEDC executive committee members
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) at AISAT works as the first launch pad for a student’s entrepreneurial journey and provide them with access to cutting edge technology, world class infrastructure, high quality mentorship, early risk capital and global exposure. AISAT IEDC is supported by Kerala Start-up Mission (KSUM): the central agency of the Government of Kerala for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in Kerala. The centre is run by an executive committee comprising of students in the following roles:
- CEO – Chief Executive Officer
- COO – Chief Operating Officer
- CMO – Chief Marketing Officer
- CFO – Chief Financial Officer
- CTO – Chief Technical Officer
- CCO – Chief Creative Officer
- CSO – Chief Social Officer
The students are selected to these posts through an interview.
The last date to apply is 8th August 2019, 10:00 am.
The interview for the same will be held in the conference room on 8th August 2019 from 3:15 pm onward.
Responsibilities of executive committee members
CSO/ CMO/CCO – Responsible for giving Accreditation portal & tracker updates, and newsletter updates (Preparing IEDC monthly newsletters)
CSO & CMO should be from diff years & they should ensure participation of students in various events. And key responsibility for giving Accreditation portal & tracker updates
CCO: Responsible for making creatives for various IEDC events & also responsible for giving news coverage within and outside campus. (through posters, brochures, newsletters or through video) & also to invite alumni IEDC student entrepreneurs for orientation programs
CEO & CTO
CEO: Key responsibility is to focus on partnership with various industries and to maintain contact with key speakers and resource persons of the various events
CTO: Responsible to organize technology & innovation events, tech mentorship arrangements for the students with alumni members and with other tech leaders
Team 3: COO & CFO
COO: Responsible for event logistics management and to identify, recruit and manage volunteers
At least three-women participation should be ensured.
These details should be shared in the beginning of the year
CFO: Key responsibility is to manage the financial and Utilization details of IEDC Account or its fund plan.
