The Institution is spread over a picturesque area of 12 acres of land. The land is located in the Thrikkakara North Village, Kalamassery Municipality and Kanayannur Taluk of Ernakulam District in the State of Kerala.

Its borders are Cochin University of Science & Technology at its East, St. Paul’s Arts and Science College at its north, St. Joseph’s School at its south and St. John of God Church at its west. The atmosphere is conducive to calm and peaceful academic pursuit. The location is well connected to the city by public transport. Apart from this, the college operates its own fleet of buses for the convenience of students.
